  Our Experience: Incomplete Work, Quality Concerns and Ongoing Scheduling Issues We hired Blue2Green Irrigation and Landscape, LLC, owned by Michael Gonzalez, for a landscaping and hardscaping project that we paid in full in July 2026. Blue2Green subcontracted the hardscaping portion to IGS Enterprise, LLC, with Italo Sibilia performing the work. Unfortunately, portions of our project remained incomplete, while other work required correction. For months, we repeatedly requested schedules, completion dates, and resolution of outstanding issues. In our experience, communication was inconsistent, anticipated completion dates passed, and we frequently had to contact Blue2Green regarding when work would resume. One significant issue involved our front planting beds. After concerns arose regarding the installed rock and underlying bed preparation, we ultimately completed corrective work ourselves. We submitted a $1,500 charge to Blue2Green for our labor and materials, which Michael Gonzalez reimbursed. On October 15, while I was discussing the unfinished hardscaping with Italo Sibilia, the conversation turned to that $1,500 reimbursement. During the exchange, Italo Sibilia called my husband and me disrespectful for charging Blue2Green for the work we had completed ourselves. Italo Sibilia then stated, “I fight for Michael. I am getting my things and leaving. I will not be back.” While gathering his equipment, Italo Sibilia began placing pavers into his wheelbarrow that we had paid for. I told him that those materials belonged to us and needed to remain on our property. Following that interaction, we decided we did not want either company returning to our property. We had paid for the project months earlier and were left with unfinished work, work we believe requires correction, repeated scheduling difficulties, and prolonged disruption to the use of our backyard and patio. We are now pursuing other avenues for resolution. Based on our assessment, we estimate that more than $4,000 in completion and corrective work remains. This review reflects our personal experience with this project. Based on that experience, we cannot recommend Blue2Green Irrigation and Landscape, LLC or IGS Enterprise, LLC and would choose a different contractor if making the decision again.

• Bay to Bay Turf

  I contacted Bay To Bay Turf based on the positive reviews in the community. At first, the representative was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We wanted about 800 square feet of turf installed in a U shape around our pool enclosure in the fenced backyard. After the in person consultation, I paid half of the $7,000 cost and selected a realistic grass style turf that was also treated for pets. We started the process at the end of May and were initially told the installation would take two days. I understood they were booked and that Florida weather could cause delays. I was later told 4 to 6 weeks, but it took a lot of follow up on my end to finally get the project completed by the end of July. Far more texting and prodding than I expected. Once finished, I was very impressed with how the turf looked and felt. Unfortunately, within a couple of weeks, grass started growing along the fence, around the pool enclosure, and even through spots in the turf. At first I pulled it myself, but by mid August it was becoming more frequent. I reached out to the representative and he seemed surprised too, saying, “That’s a commercial grade thick barrier, with crushed concrete and turf down, shocking that it’s growing.” I agree. I was shocked too. I did not pay $7,000 for turf just to continue dealing with grass. His solution was, “Just spray it.” I asked if Bay To Bay Turf could send someone out to inspect the issue and determine why grass was growing through a brand new installation. I was left on read. Unless you are looking for a turf and grass hybrid situation, I would not recommend Bay To Bay Turf.

GreenOne Landscapes LLC / Jose Serrano Mendoza If you are considering having Jose do work for you, I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing before paying any money, reviewing estimates carefully, and using a written contract that clearly outlines the scope, pricing, delivery dates, payment terms, and responsibility for materials/plants held off-site. In May 2026, Jose arranged for me to purchase 18 pinyon pine trees through a tree seller at his business location in Littleton. I paid a $5,000 deposit toward the trees, and Jose took possession of the trees at his landscaping yard until he could deliver/plant them at my property. I was repeatedly assured the trees would be kept alive until planting. By July 2026, the trees had not been delivered or planted as originally planned. After delays, a missed scheduled delivery/planting date, and lack of response to calls/texts, I learned that many of the trees were dead. Jose then agreed in writing to deliver the remaining live trees and refund $2,500. Two days later, he changed his position and said he would only deliver whatever trees remained alive with no refund. I am currently out the $5k Deposit and now left to pursue legal action to try and recoup this money back. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering working with this company to look at other options.

  I purchased sod from this company in 2025. Installed it myself. Sod rolls were different colors called and was told they had a fertilizer issue and was given a bag of fertilizer to apply worked great except i had to drive to ft collibs to get it lawn did great that year. Over the dry winter I did not water it really. My bad I accept that dry warm winter caused lots of winter kill. I called the company left a message that my yard was not looking good no return call. Continued to call multuple times made contact one time. was asked to send pictures I sent them no response. Continue to call once or twice a day no answer. Seemed suspicious Called one day of course no answer used my wife's phone right after immediately she answered the phone. Said oh we were just talking about this ill have Marty call you. Absolutely zero response from marty. Called a few more times left messages no call backs. I was obviously being call screened and would not answer my number. All I wanted was advice on how to fix my yard was not looking or expecting free anything or blaming simply wanted help to correct the problem. I finally had to just give up and look elsewhere for help. After the way I was shunned and ignored I am upset that I spent the amount of money I did with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service and odd behavior I suggest you look elsewhere for your sod needs I know I will for my other properties.
