By opening up their homes and building out the outdoor space, our clients can achieve a feeling of being connected to nature and the outdoors, even in an urban environment. One of the biggest obstacles to maximizing the use of outdoor space is access. Most of our projects involve tearing down walls and rebuilding from the ground up, foundation to finish, including new windows, folding doors, sliding doors, Nano Doors, French doors and building out the garden living space. For construction projects we have a minimum project price of 35k and are currently booking out for August. For small garden/landscape projects we have a minimum of $2,500.00 and are booking two weeks out. For ongoing maintenance we have a minimum per visit of $125.00 and are always taking on new clients.
