Rhizome specializes in sustainable landscaping, organic gardens, indoor and outdoor plant design, teaching (adults), and toxin-free maintenance. Our mission is to create designs that are beautiful and functional while supporting our natural ecosystems, minimizing waste, and eliminating toxic chemicals. By specializing in both design and maintenance, we are able to work with gardens and landscapes over time, gaining nuanced insight into the plants, microclimates, and ecosystems, and informing better design choices. Our expert team will make sure that pruning is always done correctly, weeds are removed by the roots or bulbs, correct fertilizers are used, and sick plants receive the appropriate treatment. From design to installation to maintenance, we will help you make the best long-term choices for your yard, rooftop, patio, restaurant, or workplace.
