Pearson has worked for us before and done a good job.
I have contacted Pearson over a month ago and they took my information. Since then, I have called them 5 times, sent 4 emails and left letter at their location never receiving even a courtesy response.
I know they must be busy working in response to Hurricane Ian but to receive no response in all these attempts is unprofessional. I would rate them a 0 for customer service.
