October 4, 2022 at 4:19 pmI contacted this company to work on a rental property we own. Rick the owner gave a quote and I hired him. He was late and paranoid about getting paid the entire time. He asked for multiple payments through out the project. He would no show for multiple days, then show up again. Ultimately, he invoiced me at the end and his job quote changed all of the sudden. When I confronted him he threatened to put a lein on the house if unpaid. This guy is a crook!! Do not hire him!
