Deliveries: Craigslist purchases, Home Depot runs, appliances...whatever fits in a pick up truck starting as low as $80 flat rate anywhere in Philly. Property & Lot Management: Cleanouts, demolitions & gut outs, board ups, vacant lot cleanouts, minor "rent ready" repairs, lock changes, landscaping, and snow removal Household Help: Ikea furniture assemblies, home re-arranging, organizing, or just those "extra hands" for a project you're working on.
