I have had this company service my pool needs for 5 years now. When the prices increased I checked around and many pool services had also raised there prices; considerably more. I went out and purchased chlorine as they asked and it was costly, but then when I tried to buy again, I had to really hunt and wait for stores to get more supplies. It took 3 days to finally get the tablets and it had increased by $20.00. Everything to maintain the pool had taken a huge increase. The people who own the service are very friendly and open to suggestion. They have had to change the sand in my filter and emptied the pool and gave it a chlorine bath and restarted it again. I have a large 10,000 gallon pool with diving board and it is no easy thing to maintain. My pool looks great with 6 to 8 people in it almost daily.

We went to Leslie's and they recommended this company. They started out great and we have used them for just over a year. However, 2 months ago our monthly service increased because of the chlorine shortage and while we were not happy about it, we paid it. This month, we got a new letter from the company stating that we now need to buy our own chlorine tablets and put them by the equipment so they can be put in the pool but our monthly service fee isn't going down. When I inquired about the changes and new request, I got an apology but in the end, they cancelled my service and didn't even notify us. I found out we were off the route and our payment had been returned by the pool technician when I reached out. If you just want to wait for the next notification of what is changing and how the pricing is being impacted, great! The only the reason they got 2-Stars is because our pool technician Christopher was AWESOME! Very friendly and always communicated with us but the company is horrible at communicating and doesn't do what they promised.
