Poor customer service. Didn’t spread chemicals correctly.

We’ve had ongoing issues with this yard service over the past several visits. Each time, we had to call them back because the chemical treatment wasn’t completed fully—either parts of the yard were missed or the work was not thorough. On the most recent visit, the technician used a hose instead of the upright sprayer. Our security cameras didn’t show any product being applied to the front yard at all. When we brought up our concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, he became argumentative and told us he couldn’t do business with us anymore. We expect reliable service and clear communication when we’re paying for a professional treatment, and unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here.
