We paid this "business" over $20,000 and they are unwilling to fix the drip line they broke. I would NOT recommend Colorado Turfin'. While there were a few inconveniences during the process, (such as severally underestimating the time it would take for installation, underestimating by several tons of rock and the sales rep being over 25 minutes late to the consultation) we ignored the bad reviews and red flags. While the turf came out nice, the crew drove a bobcat over our bush drip line in the front yard and completely busted the drip line. Upon contacting the sales rep to return and correct this, along with the awful stains they left on our neighbors drive way and street, we were told someone would be out Monday. Of course, Monday was not stuck to (as none of the times or dates were) and a rep showed up after 4 pm on Tuesday. They "fixed" the drip line but "did not have the equipment to clean the stains", even though they knew this was an issue prior to making a trip back. After 2 trips and 2 different reps, the drip line remains broken, and I have been told there is nothing they are willing to do to correct this. We are currently in the process of finding someone to actually fix the issues caused by Colorado Turfin', and will be ensuring this "business" covers those costs. Don't make the same mistake we made, find another company.
