I purchased sod from this company in 2025. Installed it myself. Sod rolls were different colors called and was told they had a fertilizer issue and was given a bag of fertilizer to apply worked great except i had to drive to ft collibs to get it lawn did great that year. Over the dry winter I did not water it really. My bad I accept that dry warm winter caused lots of winter kill. I called the company left a message that my yard was not looking good no return call. Continued to call multuple times made contact one time. was asked to send pictures I sent them no response. Continue to call once or twice a day no answer. Seemed suspicious Called one day of course no answer used my wife's phone right after immediately she answered the phone. Said oh we were just talking about this ill have Marty call you. Absolutely zero response from marty. Called a few more times left messages no call backs. I was obviously being call screened and would not answer my number. All I wanted was advice on how to fix my yard was not looking or expecting free anything or blaming simply wanted help to correct the problem. I finally had to just give up and look elsewhere for help. After the way I was shunned and ignored I am upset that I spent the amount of money I did with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. Very poor customer service and odd behavior I suggest you look elsewhere for your sod needs I know I will for my other properties.
