We learned the hard way and was taken advantage of and don't want this to happen to anybody else. He doesn't show up when he says he will and you will not receive a call saying otherwise. We were told if he caused any damage he would fix it and doesn't do it. after waiting from our original contact in February and still not done in April, we got a more reliable tree service. If i could give negative 5, I would do it.
