DO NOT use CB if you want your pool to go from green to clean. Not sure what you consider green to clean. All the places I called said green to clean is when they are done doing their process one could swim in the pool. Not with CB they say it’s green to clean when there is no more green. Wish I could post pictures to show you the filth they left in pool. We didn’t hire CB a prop mgmt co that we were using but recently terminated contacted them did. CB added chemicals to the pool and we had not given the prop mgmt co permission to go ahead with the pool-They were only suppose to give us an estimate to take the pool from green to clean. Instead I got a call saying we needed to replace the pump & motor $1800. I called around & was told by several pool co. that the pump should still be good-they last a long time that we probably only need to replace the motor. They were all correct-we had a different pool company than CB replace motor for $360. We are not at the property every day and when I stopped on 02/16/23 after the motor had been replaced CB came out & stirred up the junk on the bottom-made a mess on the pool deck-dried green junk from pool (deck was pressure washed in Dec) and they had the pump going w/o checking on it & the gauge was at 29. I turned off the pump & called CB. Had to leave a VM-Called back 1/2 hr later got VM-Called back 1 hr after 1st call blocked my # & gal answered. I told her that someone needed to come out & do something cause they can’t leave the pump running with all the filth in the pool & it needed to be vacuumed out. She told me she would have someone call me. I told her about the gauge being at 29-she told me I was exaggerating. I told her I took a picture & could send it to her-she never gave me an email to send it too. To this day no one has called back. Unfortunately we had to pay the prop mgmt co for the work CB didn’t do so we could terminate our contract with the prop mgmt co since they were not doing there job either.
