Tampa tree trimming was cutting down a tree 2 houses down from my home. During this process they blocked half of the block with their personal vehicles and equipment. The Spanish female owner of the company parked her vehicle in my driveway and when asked to move she huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and before she walked to move her truck she asked if I even live at the house and I said yes we own our home. She relocated to another driveway but eventually was asked to move from another neighbors driveway as she parked sideways in their driveway also blocking them from parking. Debris from the tree removal was blown across all of our driveways and onto our vehicles by their leaf blower. When asked if they could refrain from blowing the material toward mine and my neighbors vehicles I was met with ignorance. During the 4-5 hrs the men were making vulgar/sexually obscene comments in spanish, gesturing, whistling and blowing kissing noises at me as I was collecting items from my vehicle. I attempted to maintain my composure until one of the men walked up my driveway (mind you 2 houses away from where he should be working) and began calling my puppies who were walking in our front gated yard. I told the man to step back and off my property and to not call my pups or touch them they are using the restroom. He acted as if he didn’t understand so I said it again in Spanish (they did not know I am Hispanic and read/speak Spanish and I heard and knew everything they had been saying this whole time), and he looked surprised and then began speaking disrespectfully saying I don’t know who I’m talking to And he will show me and continued to advance up my driveway. I backed up to my front door then yelled at him to get off my property and warned him and he continued to call me derogatory terms in Spanish. I warned him again to remove himself from my premises and to stop walking up on me but he did not comply and he began saying he’ll do as he wants and he is not afraid of a woman and I told him i Don’t care if he isn’t afraid but he needs to leave now. He began to back down my driveway asking what I thought I was going to do and he walked over to my neighbors driveway behind her car, however still standing and staring toward my house and cursing threats at me while he spat at my vehicle. I told him I was going to call the police if he does not stay away from my home and continues harassing me. The employee then called over 2 other employees and began pointing at my house and all 3 then began making comments and threatening to slap me to Hell in Spanish. I told them I was going to call and file a complaint with the company while informing them that everything has been caught on camera (I have 3 cameras that cover panoramic views of my home as well as up and down the block. The man shrugged then proceeded to call someone. I contacted the main number for the company (813)770-2848 which turned out to be the cellphone number of the Spanish female owner who was upset that I asked her to move her vehicle from my driveway so I could park in my driveway. While I attempted to explain to her the situation she put me on hold mid sentence to answer her other line. When she returns to my call she immediately says did you tell them you have everything on camera and I told her yes I can send it to her and her response was good make sure you show the cops you called because they didn’t do anything. Turns out the person on the other line was the employee who called her to give her the heads up that I was calling. I attempted to explain to her that her employees were sexually harassing/making advancements on my property and threatening to hit me without stopping even with warnings. I even told her I have the video/audio recordings since the very moment they arrived and all the incidents that occurred since. The female owner continued to talk over me and informed me they are a privately owned business and it’s doesn’t matter to them what complaint I have because they will still go about their business. She said to call the cops she doesn’t care because her men will be gone. Absolutely unprofessional company full of unprofessional employees and management. They left within 10mins after my call. A lot of debris in our driveways and several large branches were left on the side of our driveway gates and end of driveways where our trash cans go. I would Really hate for this company to be allowed to continue servicing communities with such despicable mannerisms. Avoid this company they are not only bad for your tree trimming job but also bad when it comes to considering your neighbors property. Will be sending a bill to the owner of the home and the company for the services required on my vehicle from cleaning the debris and filling in the scratches obtained on my vehicle when the employee power blasted twigs and branch particles at our vehicles. AGAIN PEOPLE BEWARE THEY ARE HORRENDOUS
