I hired L J Landscaping last year to do a fall cleanup they did a really good job. At that time we discussed a job for the next year. Luis quoted me for a winter cleanup, mulch, retainer wall, leveling my ground and putting a pool. I accepted the bid even though it was higher than the last bit I got. When I reached out to him in the spring he said they would be here on May 18th 2022. I messaged him that Monday to see what time they would be arriving and he never replied. After several attempts via text message and phone call he never replied. Wednesday the 18th not only did they not show up but they never called me let me know they wouldn't be here or to reschedule. After several attempts afterwards to find out what happened and possibly reschedule I got no reply. So now I have to hire someone else. That is horrible customer service. It seems they don't need or want my projects.
