I have used this company for appr 3 years. The company was scheduled to come out to do a weed treatment. They came out and I asked to reschedule because I had plans, the technician acted as if it wasn't a problem and said he could probably work me in the following week. I said if I have to pay a trip charge I would because I realize they came out. Without a phone call or an email I received a check in the mail, they cancelled my service without even speaking to me. Blown away ....
