Kirk over promises and under delivers. He'll say anything to get the bid but when he finally does the work, he does extremely poor-quality work. He is unprofessional, arrogant, and will steal from you if let into the house. Want to see your hired worker lying about sipping it cool under a tree, hire Kirk. If you want things done worse than you could do it yourself, hire Kirk. Me personally, if I could give him less than 1 star I would. My lawn is so lumpy after he "graded" it, left materials on the lawn for 3 months, and parked his truck on it constantly despite being asked again and again not to. He pours concrete incorrectly, hires people he can't even communicate with, and is an overall clown act. I could have done this s job myself without spending $6,000. And I had to finish the job myself because he called it done to cut a corner.
