I called this company to schedule a time for a quote for two trees to be cut. The appointment was set for Friday, January 7 between 10am and 2pm. Melissa called me at 1:42 pm to tell me that Jessie, the arborist could not make it by 2pm. She asked if he could come between 4pm and 6pm the same day. I agreed. Jessie never bothered to show up and Melissa never bothered to call to let me know he wouldn't be coming. If you value your time, you will skip this "company"
