The Owner does not listen to the customer and does not care about his final product. The quality of their lawn maintenance is poor. They leave large divots of grass that have been ripped down to the dirt by using equipment that is too large and too heavy for the area.

The Owner does not listen to the customer. The equipment they use on a small piece of front yard is too large causing large divots and tire tracks that rip the soil away from the land. They do not seem to care about the quality of their work or the destruction they cause.
