Hardin’s Outdoor Services broke my glass doorwall on June 2, 2026 while cutting grass. I was inside my house when I heard a loud bang. I immediately went outside and saw the worker who was three doors down. He came and looked at the damage and said the owner of would be calling me to get this taken care of. I spoke with the owner Chris Hardin and he informed me that he was not going to be paying for the shattered glass doorwall damage that his company caused. I asked if he is licensed and insured and he said yes but he refused to pay through his company insurance or out of pocket for the damage his company employee caused to my property. He said he would not put in a claim on his insurance because his rates would go up but told me to file a claim on my insurance. This is unacceptable as his company caused the damage. I asked him three times if he was sure this is the way he wanted to handle the situation and he said yes and that he would not be paying for the repair. Based on the experience I have had I would NOT recommend this company.
