Mike was my pool technician. I explained that my pool was still dirty after hours of him cleaning it. He told me, "I cleaned every speck of dirt out your filthy pool." He left several other unprofessional messages after until I told him never to contact me again and his services were no longer needed. He even kept sending harassing messages after that. The new service I hired had similar issues where my pool looked half clean. I reported it to them as well and they were very professional and told me they would check it out on the next visit. He found that the inside of the filter was cracked (most likely from Mike) and replaced it. My pool is back to sparkling clean. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS MIKE IS HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
