We bought the single family home in Sept-Oct 2021. As a routine for any home-buying we went for the pool inspection by this guy, Curt. First of all he didn't mention ever that the water level of the pool should be enough such that the pool can be inspected in running condition. When he came the level was 6 inches below the skimmer and he said he could not check the running. But the most frustrating thing is that he didn't say anything about the PVC connections of the sand filter and pump. Later while closing the pool for the winter I got informed by the pool closing guy that the connections to the sand filter is reversed (a mistake by the plumber who refurbished the pool connections). When I asked Curt about the same he insisted that as per his inspection it was correct. I checked the connections myself and clearly the connections are reversed. This is not expected from an expert. He did charge me a hefty amount for the inspection but could not point this out or else I would have got this corrected by the seller. NOT RECOMMEND
