My builder contracted with Lorenzo Ibarra to do the irrigation for my custom home. Am paying $10,000 to have his substandard work redone. Pipes, valves and connections were not installed. Pipes were not installed correctly. This guy did not admit that the system was not working until I confronted him. He insisted that it was electrical. I paid him to bring his electrician, but the system continued to be non functional. I also paid him for a drain that he never delivered. He has now disappeared. Stay away from this guy. He is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
