My experience with this company and the owner, Matthew McDowell, has not been worth the effort. Stay away from this company if at all possible. Sod & fence installation took almost 6 months to complete. Issues have now arisen, and Matt has not returned my call. What good is a warranty when the owner doesn't respond. I have two areas of sod sitting in water rotting because the grading work they performed was done improperly. On May 13th Matt promised to come back and level the Fence in a couple spots and of course, a No Show. We did settle on another issue which I wont get into on this forum as we settled to my satisfaction.

Matt, You probably thought I'd forget about you. Thats not going to happen. You still haven't responded to my messages. The issue with the flooding in the lawn still exists and the grass is rotting. Also, you never showed up to level off the fence sections you saw and we spoke about. It's in your best interest to resolve these issues. Ron
