Clay Scott and Complete Contractor Services are crooks. I hired him to set a modular home on a foundation. It took him two and a half months and the job still isn't done! They screwed up my foundation, the septic system, and everything else they touched. Then Clay and his brother had the gall to come to my home, high on drugs, and scream and threaten me with violence if I didn't pay them for their lousy work. DO NOT hire this company!
