I hired a TeamEdit Landsaping LLC who wasn't capable of doing claimed they could do, and were paid to do so we parted ways. I hired a second contractor to fix and finish the initial project. I then hired an attorney who won my judgement in SC because I live just across the state line, I then had to hire a NC attorney who transferred the judgement because TeamEdit Landscaping, Miguel Amaya is in NC, Cleveland County. The owner Miguel Amaya, Old Stubbs Rd, NC 28021, the LLC agent Gilbert C. decided to dissolve the LLC on 12/26/19 because there are granted judgements against TeamEdit Landcasping LLC. On the same day Miguel's son William Amaya Robles completed and filed on 12/27/19 an Assumed Business Name Certificate in Cleveland County NC Doc. No. 2000XXXXX under the name TeamEdit Landscaping and Tree Service, same address Old Stubbs Rd,, NC 28021, same everything except we now added Tree Service to our name. TeamEdit and Miguel have and continue to ignore all contact attempts to mediate or even communicate. They simply changed the name, made the son the owner and have not skipped a beat. They refunded the 10% sales tax on landscaping once I researched and proved to him landscaping was not taxable. I am curious how many people he charges sales tax to. I have pictures, video recordings of our conversations and his attempts to change the slope, drainage of my approx. 1000 sq. ft. back yard. This has been going on for going on 3 years with Miguel Amaya and TeamEdit, if anyone wants to know more information please don't hesitate to contact me. I have all documentation needed and have spoken with other unsatisfied customers who have went to small claims court with no success. There are several of us. His positive reviews are mostly from “family members” .
