I attempted to pay Leybor through Venmo and it didn't seem to work, so I used Cash app instead. Then Venmo contacted me and said the payment went through and shut down my account. I contacted Leybor and he refuses to fix the situation. So he got paid twice, $3,800 two times! Now I have to file a police report
