All went fine until the crew left on a Friday- job done. I then noticed a 3'-4' branch, cut from my tree that was removed, laying up in my pine tree. It is way up in the top so I can't get it down. I called the next morning and was told they would be here Monday morning -first thing to remove it. It rained a lot on Sunday(Mother's Day). Monday after work, it was still there, so I called. Dan told me it was too wet so wait a couple days for the yard to dry. It would be done before week's end. Well, after several texts, phone call, no rain, and 12 days later, the big branch is still up in my pine tree just waiting to fall. I have several neighbor kids who play outside frequently and I pray that it doesn't fall on someone. I am still waiting for a return call or any response from Dan. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The job has been paid for with a check, which has been already cashed. I have have never written a bad review for any service. I just feel Dan is blowing me off and is not a man of his word. Now it's almost mid June and still have had no response. Just awful!!
