I wish I could give a better review, but Rich and his company are a HUGE disappointment. We have scheduled for him to come open our pool no less than SIX (yes six appointments) times where he hasn't bothered to show up. Two months of not showing, and one week of consecutive no-shows. He has "been embarrassed" about his lies of showing up, and his broken "promises" of showing up. Not to mention not responding to texts and calls until a day later. I guess Rich believes his time is more valuable than me and my wifes time. I cannot believe that this business can survive with how he operates.... If reliability & honesty are important to you, DO NOT USE HAMROCK POOL SERVICES.
