K B Landscaping and Tree Service installed a wood privacy fence for me. They were suppose to leave the Chainlink fence in place as a backup. They left the chainlink dangling in the air for three ajoining neighbors after taking out the top rail and not replacing it. Having other fence companies give me estimates on fixing my fence I learned that he installed it all wrong. He put poles over my exsisting chainlink poles which were not tall enough or close enough, which cause my fence to move back and forth more and more as time goes by. He said he would come back and fix the chainlink, saying "it should nevery have been left like that". That is the last I hear from him. I have taken him to court and received a judgement on his company.
