I paid him $1350 to remove lava rock and install new sod in my backyard. The sod had some dead patches when installed but he said just to water it twice a day and it would come right back. Well, it spread quickly instead, so probably a fungus. He refuses to fix it so I’ve had to file a complaint with the CLB. I bought a new Rainbird sprinkler the day the sod was installed and hooked it up to a automatic timer for ten minutes twice a day. BEWARE!!!! He does not stand behind his shoddy work!
