I called this company to get an estimate for yard maintenance cleanup and regular service set-up. Their voicemail indicates they only have office hours on Thursday so waited four days to get a call back when they had their office hours. However, after two weeks of waiting they couldn't be bothered to even return a call, update their website or voicemail to say they weren't going to call people back. They talk about God on their business Facebook page and also link to some Christian church organizations. I thought that was a great sign but alas they couldn't be bothered to return a simple phone call or say they were too busy to take on new clients. After contacting 10 landscape and yard maintenance companies only one company actually called me back and showed up to give me an estimate. It wasn't Sparky's. So I hired the one company who did call back and show up and was blessed to pay for excellent service. I was hoping to really like Sparky's but they never gave me a chance to earn my business. I'm now in a yearly contract with this other company and very happy to have regular yard maintenance.
