This has been a great summer. We had purchased a pool from Riken Pools and It was installed in the end of June. Rick and his team were true professionals. As far as having our questions answered, the office staff is very knowledgeable. I have called and gone into the stores and they have answered all of our question. As we are closing down the pool for the winters, we went in to ask some questions. Rick and his daughters answered all our question. We have had a great first year with a pool. It is great to work with a family based local business. Riken Pools go above and beyond.
