Hired Edwin to cut two trees down and trim another. While cutting the large tree one of his cuts went the wrong way and an eight inch limb hit my heat pump bending and rupturing the coil. After telling me he would fix it and guarantee it for a year he never showed up again. After numerous promises of getting somebody here to look at it we decided it was trashed. I told him I would put in a mini-split as a replacement and he agreed to give me $700.00 dollars towards the unit. He has never shown up with the money promised. So after all the excuses (AC guy will be there tomorrow- Ac guy is coming from out of town-Wife is in rehab in Florida-He is a single parent-Truck broke down and renting another truck) I am calling it quits after six months. In the end a $2500 job cost me $9200. Edwin is not a man or person of his word or trustworthy.
