Rickard Landscaping installed a paver patio at my home. The end result was mediocre at best. We specifically requested that the patio be graded such that water would run off, but that wasn’t done. It also didn’t properly abut existing stairs as we had requested. There was bad puddling on the patio after any rain, so we asked Rickard Landscaping to fix it. They came out and spent a few hours rearranging pavers, but after they were done, the puddles were just in different places. We now have a patio with large puddles up to nearly an inch deep after any rain. Rickard refuses to stand by their job and fix their shoddy work, and they won’t return any phone calls.
