January 14, 2021 Richard Young took the first draw of approx. 20,000 dollars. In the 15 months he has lied, doesnt show up to work and has not completed our pool. All of his equipment is in default. He has 8-9 other customers in the same position with unfinished pools and 90% of their money paid. This is a total nightmare.
